Rosemary Gambardella is a bankruptcy judge for the United States bankruptcy court, District of New Jersey. She was sworn in on May 3, 1985, and retired on April 2, 2025.

Gambardella received her undergraduate degree and J.D. from Rutgers University, in 1976 and 1979, respectively.
