Stephen H. Baker

Stephen H. Baker is a judge for the Superior Court of Shasta County in California. He was appointed by former governor Gray Davis in August 2003 to succeed Gregory Caskey. Baker's current term will expire in 2019.[1][2]
2012 election
Baker ran for re-election to the superior court in 2012. As an unopposed incumbent, his name did not appear on the ballot. After the primary election, Baker was automatically re-elected.[3]

Baker received a bachelor's degree from the University of Oregon and a J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.[4]
