Thomas M. Marcelain is a judge on the Licking County Court of Common Pleas in Licking County, Ohio. He was appointed to the court by former Governor Bob Taft in April 2003.[1][2] Marcelain was re-elected to the Licking County Court of Common Pleas General Division in 2014, winning a term that expired on February 8, 2021.[3][4]

Marcelain received his undergraduate degree from Ashland College and his J.D. from the Temple University School of Law.[5]

Career

Marcelain served as a municipal court judge for the Licking County Municipal Court from 1991 until his appointment to the Licking County Court of Common Pleas in 2003.[1]
