Thomas W. "Rusty" Graham is a circuit court judge for the Twelfth Circuit Court in Tennessee. He has served in this position since 1990. Graham was re-elected without opposition in 2006 and 2014. His current eight-year term expires in 2022.[1][2][3][4]
