Tom Newby

Tom Newby is an associate district court judge for Garfield County, Oklahoma, which is located in District Four. He was appointed by Governor Brad Henry in May 2006, and was elected for a full term later in 2006.[1][2] He was re-elected in 2014 after running unopposed for a term that expired on January 13, 2019.[3]
