Barry S. Kaplan is a magistrate judge of the Second District of Iowa. He was appointed to this court in June 2014 and serves Marshall County.[1]
Education
Kaplan received his undergraduate degree from Brooklyn College in 1972 and his J.D. from Drake University School of Law in 1975.[1]
