C. Kenneth Whitacre
C. Kenneth Whitacre is a magistrate judge of the Fourth District of Iowa. He was appointed to this position on June 29, 2010 to serve Mills County.[1]
Education
Whitacre received his B.A. degree from Iowa State University in 1973 and his J.D. degree in 1976 from that same school's College of Law.[1]
Career
Whitacre has worked as a private practice lawyer in Glenwood, Iowa since 1981. Currently, he practices with the firm of Swenson & Whitacre, P.C. He has worked as an assistant Mills County attorney (1989-1999) and a Mills County attorney (1999-2002).[1]
