Leah Campos was a 2012 Republican candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 9th Congressional District of Arizona.
Donald Trump (R) announced on December 16, 2024, that he would nominate Campos to serve as U.S. ambassador to the Dominican Republic.[1]
