Robert F. Kennedy Jr. presidential nomination (2024)
In May 2024, the Independent Party of Delaware nominated Robert F. Kennedy Jr. (I) as its 2024 presidential candidate, allowing Kennedy to gain ballot access in the state through party nomination rather than by filing as an independent candidate.[3]
Independent Party of Delaware Secretary-General Wolf von Baumgart said, "Today, we offer the voters of Delaware a clear national alternative to polarized two-party politics as usual. Special interest-controlled politics has failed the people and it’s high time for a constructive, independent problem-solving alternative."[3]
