Stacey Hawley was a Democratic candidate for an at-large seat on the Upper Darby School Board in Pennsylvania. She lost her election bid during the general election on November 5, 2013.

Hawley received her Bachelor's degree from Harcum College. She spent 15 years with Lincoln Financial Group before moving into a volunteer position with Healthy NewsWorks. Hawley and her husband, Geoff, have two children who graduated from district schools.[1]

  • I am in support of reinstating the PA basic education funding formula.
  • IDEA Funding reform should be a priority- funding has been level for the last five years while the number of students served has increased.
  • Funding and accountability reforms for PA charter and cyber charter schools and vouchers.
