In 1994, voters decided on seven statewide ballot measures in South Dakota on November 8.

• Five of the measures were legislatively referred constitutional amendments.
• One of the measures was an initiated state statute.
• One of the measures was a veto referendum.
• Voters approved three (43%) and rejected four (57%) measures.
