Leonard P. Rienzi

Leonard P. Rienzi was an acting justice of the Richmond County Supreme Court, Criminal Term in the 13th Judicial District of New York. He was appointed to this position in 1986 and served as the court's Supervising Judge from 2002 to 2005. He also served as a New York City Criminal Court judge.[1]
Education
Rienzi attended the College of the Holy Cross in 1968 for his bachelor's degree and the University of Virginia School of Law in 1971 for his J.D.[1]
Career
Rienzi began his career in 1971 as an Assistant District Attorney of New York County. In 1982, he was appointed to the New York City Criminal Court. He has also served as an Acting Supreme Court Justice since 1986. He was appointed Supervising Judge of the Richmond County Supreme Court in 2002.[1]
