David R. Winter
David R. Winter was a judge for the Shawano County Municipal Court in Wisconsin.[1] He gave up his municipal court seat in order to run for the Menominee and Shawano County Circuit Court in 2012.[2]

2012 election
Winter was successful in the February 21st primary, but was defeated by incumbent William F. Kussel, Jr. in the April 3rd election.[2][3][4]

Winter was re-elected to the Municipal Court in 2010.[5]

Winter ran for the Menominee/Shawano County Circuit Court, defeating four candidates in the primary, but losing to James Habeck in the general election.[2]
