Biography

Leutwyler received a bachelor's degree from the University of Iowa in 1983 and a J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law in 1990. From 2015 to 2016, he was a district court magistrate in the 18th Judicial District. His professional experience also includes working in private practice, serving as senior deputy district attorney in 18th Judicial District, and as an assistant attorney general for the Georgia Department of Law.
