New York: A spokeswoman for the Suffolk County Supreme Court announced Justice Marion T. McNulty plans to retire from her seat on the Suffolk County Supreme Court at the end of September, 2013. McNulty will retire five years before her term expires in 2018. McNulty is 62. A reason for her retirement was not provided. The governor will make an appointment to fill the position until 2014 when the seat will come up for election.[1]
