The New Mexico Proposed Amendment 3, Student Regent, also known as Constitutional Amendment No. 3, was on the 1994 ballot in New Mexico as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The proposition allowed for a constitutional amendment that dealt with student regents.[1]
