New Mexico Constitutional Amendment 7 (2002)
New Mexico's Constitutional Amendment 7 is a legislatively referred constitutional amendment that proposes to add a new Section 23 to Article 20 to designate the last Friday in March as a legal holiday in honor of Cesar Chavez.
