The Alabama Montgomery County Budget, Amendment 25, also known as Amendment 25, was on the ballot in Alabama on December 17, 1957, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The amendment proposed to amend the constitution. The amendment proposed that the legislature may, by general or local laws, fix, alter and regulate the costs and charges of courts in Montgomery County, and the method of disbursement thereof.[1]
