The Alabama State Docks Amendment, also known as Amendment 2, was on the ballot in Alabama on November 8, 1994, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. This measure proposed to transfer the property located in Madison County that belonged to the Alabama State Docks to the Huntsville-Madison County Marina and Port Authority.[1][2]
