Louisiana Education Trust Fund Amendment (October 1994)

The Louisiana Education Trust Fund Amendment, also known as Amendment 1, was on the ballot in Louisiana on October 1, 1994, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. This measure proposed that up to 35% of the funds in the Education Quality Trust Fund could be invested in stocks.[1][2]
