Idaho Congressional Term Limits Initiative, Initiative 4 (1996)
The Idaho Congressional Term Limits Initiative, also known as Initiative 4, was on the November 5, 1996 ballot in Idaho as an initiated state statute, where it was approved. The measure instructed candidates for state legislature and US Congress to support congressional term limits. The measure also required statements indicating non-support to be on the ballot.[1]
