The North Dakota Blind Asylum Referendum, also known as Section 216 Blind Asylum Referendum, was on the November 3, 1914 ballot in North Dakota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure renamed the North Dakota Blind Asylum.[1][2]
