The North Dakota Terminal Grain Elevators Referendum was on the November 3, 1914 ballot in North Dakota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved.[1] The measure empowered the North Dakota Legislative Assembly to construct and operate terminal grain elevators with in the state.[2]
