The North Dakota Legislative Power and Direct Democracy Referendum, also known as Legislative Power, Referendum and Initiative, was on the March 15, 1932 ballot in North Dakota as a legislatively referred state statute, where it was defeated.[1] The measure would have increased the signature requirements to 30,000 signatures for initiatives and 25,000 signatures for referendums.[2]
