The North Dakota Judiciary Article Referendum, also known as Amendment 3, was on the September 7, 1976 ballot in North Dakota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved.[1] The measure repealed and replaced the constitutional language regarding the state judiciary and its regulations.[2]
