The Idaho Affirmation of Water Rights Amendment, also known as Senate Joint Resolution 7, was on the November 4, 1924 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have affirmed water rights, except when use is for power purposes.[1]
