The Arkansas Homestead Tax Exemption Amendment, also known as Amendment 3, was on the 1932 ballot in Arkansas as an initiated constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have exempted all homesteads from all taxes, regardless of value. A homestead in counties was 40 acres, and a homestead in cities was a lot 50 ft by 150 ft.[1]
