The Kansas Taxes on Gambling, Amendment 1, also known as Amendment 1, was on the ballot in Kansas on November 4, 1986, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The amendment proposed that the constitution be amended: Article 15, Section 3b. The amendment proposed that state may permit, regulate, license and levy a tax between 3% and 6% of all money wagered.[1]
