The Louisiana Wildlife and Fisheries Conservation Fund Amendment, also known as Amendment 2, was on the ballot in Louisiana on November 21, 1987, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. This measure proposed to give constitutional status to the Louisiana Wildlife and Fisheries Conservation Fund. It was aimed at preventing the legislature from diverting revenue from the fund or using revenue in the fund for purposes other than conservation.[1][2]
