Philip Kirk
Philip M. Kirk is a former judge for the Waupaca County Circuit Court, Branch 1, in Wisconsin. He was elected in 1981 and re-elected in 1987, 1993, 1999, 2005, and 2011.[1] Kirk did not run for re-election in 2017. He retired when his term expired on July 31, 2017.[2]
Education
Kirk received a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1970. He got his J.D. from the Chicago-Kent College of Law at the Illinois Institute of Technology in 1973.[1][3]
