An Altoona School District Exceeding Levy Measure was on the April 3, 2012 ballot in the Altoona school district which is in Eau Claire County.

This measure was defeated

This measure sought to exceed the state set revenue limit by a rate of $900,000 per year for a period of four years in order to pay for school programs as well as upgrade technology throughout the district. School officials noted that the increase of cute made by the State has given a rise to further needs by the school for additional funds.[2]
