MADISON, Wisconsin: Ballotpedia joins the Franklin Center today, November 10, in the 2nd annual post-election analysis of November's state government elections.

The webinar begins at 11:30 a.m. EST.

It features a variety of election experts and analysts who will scrutinize and provide insights about the 2011 state election results in state executive and legislative races, as well as state ballot measures. Additionally, experts will provide an outlook of the political climate for 2012.
