A Castle Rock City Library Levy Increase measure was on the August 16, 2011 ballot in the city of Castle Rock, which is in Cowlitz County.

The question on the ballot:

Shall the City of Castle Rock, Washington, be authorized to levy an excess property tax in the year 2011 for collection in 2012 of $0.50 per $1,000 of full assessed value for a total assessment of $56,079 for the purpose of providing public library services to the citizens of Castle Rock?[3]
