An Estacada Rural Fire Protection District Bond measure was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Clackamas County, which is in Oregon, where it was defeated.
If approved, this measure would have authorized the Estacada Rural Fire Protection District to issue up to $4,445,000 in bonds to be payable from taxes on property. This money would be used to fund a new fire station and site improvements.[1]

| “ | Shall Estacada Rural Fire Protection District No. 69 be authorized to issue general obligation bonds not exceeding $4,445,000? If the bonds are approved, they will be payable from taxes on property or property ownership that are not subject to the limits of sections 11 and 11b, Article XI of the Oregon Constitution.[1][2] | ” |
