Make improvements to bring all facilities to ADA compliance and safety standards. Make site improvements, athletic field improvements and pay demolition costs. Pay capitalized interest. Pay bond issuance fees. The Bonds would mature in eighteen (18) years or less from the date of issuance and may be issued in one or more series.[4]
