Maryland Baltimore City Question A (2004)

Question A was on the November 2, 2004 election ballot in the City of Baltimore, where it was approved.

The official ballot question was, "Resolution No. 04-49, for the purpose of providing that the general election for the Mayor, the Comptroller, and the President and Members of the City Council will be in 2007 and in every succeeding fourth year thereafter.[1]
