Question B was on the November 5, 2002 election ballot in Wicomico County.

The official ballot summary reads:

Do you favor changing the form of the Wicomico County government from a one branch system, where the County Council has both executive and legislative powers, to a two branch system where an Elected Executive Officer would have exclusive executive functions and the County Council would have exclusive legislative functions?[1]
