Six New Melle City Annexation questions were approved on the April 2, 2013 election ballot in St. Charles County, which is in Missouri.

All six measures annexed a certain area to be a part of the City of New Melle. Each parcel proposed for annexation is outlined below in the text of the questions. All of these measure must be approved by voters both in the city limits and in the unincorporated areas proposed for inclusion in the city limits.[1]

“ Shall the City of New Melle be authorized to annex the property described as: A parcel of land lying to the west of Highway F and identified as New Melle Methodist Cemetery Association, Parcel Identification Number 3-0053-S035-00-0014?[2] ”

Text of the second question:

“ Shall the City of New Melle be authorized to annex the property described as: A parcel of land lying to the west of Highway F and identified as, Missouri River Land and Development, Parcel Identification Number 3-0053-S035-00-0015?[2] ”

Text of the third question:

“ Shall the City of New Melle be authorized to annex the property described as: A parcel of land lying to the west of Highway F and identified as, Missouri River Land and Development, Parcel Identification Number 3-0053-S035-00-0015.1?[2] ”

Text of the forth question:

“ Shall the City of New Melle be authorized to annex the property described as: A parcel of land numbered 4600 Highway D and identified as, Toedebush Fawns LLC., Parcel Identification Number 3-0048-S026-00-0048 in the St. Charles County Records?[2] ”

Text of the fifth question:

“ Shall the City of New Melle be authorized to annex the property described as: A parcel of land lying to the west of Highway Z and identified as, Wagster Construction Company, Parcel Identification Number 3-0048-S026-00-0007.2 in the St. Charles County Records?[2] ”

Text of the sixth question:

“ Shall the City of New Melle be authorized to annex the property described as: A parcel of land lying to the west of Highway Z and identified as, Welge Property, Parcel Identification Number 3-0048-S026-00-0008 in the St. Charles County Records?[1][2] ”
