An Orcas Island Park District Levy Implementation measure was on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the Orcas Island park district area which is in San Juan County.

This measure was defeated because it did not get the 60 percent super majority needed to pass.

This measure sought to implement a property tax in the district set at a rate of $.10 per $1,000 of assessed property value for a period of five years in order to fund recreational park programs and other services and activities in the district.[2]
