“ | Should there be incorporated a fire protection district to be known as the Pumpkin Center Fire Protection District with an established tax levy of $0.30 per $100.00 of assessed valuation to support said district in accordance with the amended interlocutory Decree of the Circuit Court of Howell County, Missouri, dated September 5, 2012, to be incorporated pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter 321 of the Revised Statutes of the State of Missouri?[2] | ” |
