A Republic City Sales Tax Continuation measure was on the February 7, 2012 ballot in the city of Republic which is in Greene and Christian Counties.

This measure was approved

  • YES 722 (63.33%)Approveda
  • NO 418 (36.67%)[1]

This measure sought to continue the current city sales tax which is set at a rate of .25 percent for a further five years in order to continue to pay for stormwater capital improvement projects in the city.[2]
