Shall the City of Westport levy upon the regular taxable property within the City, in addition to its regular levy, the sum of $134,900 (approximately $0.35 per thousand of assessed valuation) for the year 2012 for the purpose of providing emergency medical care and ambulance services to its citizens?[3] |
