Margaret Mason is the the District B member on the Christina Board of Education in Delaware. The general election was held on May 10, 2016. After her opponent, David Resler, withdrew from the race, the election was canceled due to a lack of opposition.[1][2]

Two of the seven seats on the Christina School District school board was up for general election on May 10, 2016. District B incumbent David Resler originally filed to run against Margaret Mason but withdrew from the election in April 2016. The election was canceled, and Mason automaticaly won the seat. Incumbent Elizabeth Paige faced challenger Desiree Brady for the District F seat.[3][4]

Christina School District is located in New Castle County, Del.

Christina School District is located in northern Delaware in New Castle County. The county seat is Wilmington, Delaware. New Castle County was home to 556,779 residents in 2015, according to the United States Census Bureau.[6] The district was the second-largest school district in the state in the 2013–2014 school year and served 16,326 students.[7]
