C. David Strickland

C. David Strickland was a magistrate judge of Newton County and a municipal court judge of Covington and Porterdale, Georgia.[1][2] In 2012, the Covington City Council decided to not reappoint Strickland, after sixteen years of service. He was replaced as judge in Porterdale in summer of 2011.[3]
