A “yes” vote supported prohibiting public institutions from granting preferential treatment based on race, sex, color, ethnicity, or national origin within public education, employment, and contracting.

A “no” vote opposed prohibiting public institutions from granting preferential treatment based on race, sex, color, ethnicity, or national origin within public education, employment, and contracting.
