The Homeland Security Committee is a former interim committee of the Arizona Legislature.

Function

The 2014 Arizona Legislature described the function of this committee as outlined below.

To provide a forum for persons to express their concerns about state programs that relate to homeland security and make administrative and legislative recommendations concerning homeland security issues. The Committee shall have access to all homeland security grant information on request of the Chair of the Committee or a majority vote of the Committee.[1][2]
