The Idaho Credit of the State Amendment, also known as House Joint Resolution 13, was on the November 2, 1920 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure stated that credit of the state shall not be given or loaned, nor shall the state become stockholder in any Association or Corporation, directly or indirectly.
