Alfred J. Weiner
Alfred J. Weiner was a justice for the Rockland County Supreme Court in the 9th Judicial District of New York. He was elected to the 9th Judicial District and took office in 2005. The following year, in 2006, he became a certificated justice for Rockland County. He retired in 2011.[1][2][3]
Education
Weiner received his B.A. and J.D. degrees from Syracuse University in 1957 and 1959, respectively.[1]
Career
Weiner began his career in 1963 as an Acting Police Judge of the Spring Valley Village Court. He then served as a Town Justice for Ramapo, NY from 1966 to 1971. In 1972, he joined the Rockland County Family Court. He became the Supervising Judge of that court in 1983. In 1984, he joined the Rockland County Surrogate's Court, where he served until he joined the Supreme Court in early 2005.[1]
