Bill Dendle

Bill Dendle is the District 1 representative on the San Angelo Independent School District school board in Texas. Dendle was automatically re-elected to a new term after his election on May 6, 2017 was canceled due to lack of opposition.
Elections
2017
Four of seven seats on the San Angelo Independent School District board of trustees were up for by-district general election on May 6, 2017. Incumbents Bill Dendle (District 1) and Ami Mizell-Flint (District 4) ran unopposed. Newcomer Taylor Kingman also ran unopposed for the open seat in District 3. Because of lack of opposition, the elections for District 1, 3, and 4 were canceled.[1] In District 2, incumbent Art Hernandez defeated challenger Eli Esquivel in his bid for re-election.[2]
Results
Due to lack of opposition, the election was canceled and Dendle was automatically re-elected.
