Charles A. Schwab
Charles A. "Tony" Schwab was a judge of the 19th Judicial Circuit Court in Florida. He was appointed by Governor Rick Scott on November 15, 2013 to fill the vacancy left by Mark W. Klingensmith. His most recent term expired in 2016.[1][2]
Education
Schwab received his bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado and his J.D. from the University of Denver.[1]
Career
Prior to his 2013 appointment to the Nineteenth Circuit, Schwab was a sole practitioner. Between 2003 and 2013, Schwab was also the 19th Circuit traffic magistrate. From 1993-1997, Schwab was assistant state attorney in the Nineteenth Circuit.[1]
